We offer service to individuals with physical disability tailored to their needs, whether this is temporary disability or Permanente. Our experienced care workers support with daily tasks which includes personal care, meal preparation, medication support, shopping, support with day out to social communities. We encourage independence to individuals and provide a better quality of life.
How we can help ?
We provide day to day tasks for those with physical disabilities including safe manual handling and promote independence where possible. Each individual will have a support plan tailored to their needs. Our care workers will support and encourage individuals with physical disabilities to live as independent as possible in their own homes.
Our approach is to work closely with the individual, family members and relevant professionals to ensure that we meet their person centres care needs. Our care workers are highly qualified and skilled in supporting clients with various physical limitations
We see each individuals ability and not their physical disability, supporting individuals to overcome their challenges and encourage them to live a quality of life where they are promoted to gain more independence within their required care needs.
