The company's baseline emissions (2023–24)were 15.4 tCO₂e, reducing to 14.7 tCO₂e in 2024–25, representing a 4.5% reduction. This improvement was achieved through local recruitment, more efficient geographical rota planning, reduced unnecessary travel, and increased use of digital systems.
